Yoga Posture ; Exercise

Stand with feet together, arms at sides and chest lifted. Inhale as you raise
arms overhead, press palms together and look up. Inhale and step feet about 3 feet
apart. Extend arms out to sides. Turn right foot out 90 degrees and turn left foot
slightly inward. Exhale as you bend to the right from the waist. Raise left hand and
place right hand on right shin. Gaze up at left thumb. Hold for 5 breaths. Straighten
from waist, reverse direction of feet, exhale and repeat on left side. Remain bent over,
exhale and sweep right arm down to grasp left shin without bending knee. Tighten left
thigh; hold for 5 breaths. Inhale and straighten up. Reverse feet and repeat on right
side. Inhale, straighten up, step right foot slightly farther forward and raise arms to
sides. Bend right knee oer ankle. Exhale and bring palms together overhead. Gaze up
at thumbs and hold for 5 breaths. Inhale and straighten right leg. Exhale and reverse
feet. Inhale and repeat on left side. Return to starting position.
